In our initial meeting, I will listen to your story and inquire about the concerns that brought you to me. I will then offer an assessment that hopefully represents and captures the essence of your presenting problem. I’ll explore with you the possible elements that have contributed to the emergence of the problem(s) and factors that might be keeping it alive.

I’ll suggest next steps in resolution of the problem, as well as present a macro-view of your life in a better place so that you are clear about where you are going.
